 The second marlies|dekkers store opened in 2004 in the modern Dutch city Rotterdam. This is also the city where the head office of Marlies Dekkers is located and where the designer herself came to live after the art academy. She proudly opened a boutique on number two of the trendy Witte de Withstraat, in a former bank building with very unique architecture. The architectural aspects of the building have been maintained in the new interior design. The Dutch and international press speak highly of the store's distinctive character. This boutique covers the world of Marlies Dekkers in a very sophisticated way: it has an authentic, stylish, modern and intimate atmosphere. The lounge area with fireplace, chocolate counter and intimate dressing rooms make the customer feel comfortable, while experiencing a whole new world; the world of Marlies Dekkers. |
